Cross the water to Dalmatia's most glamorous island — Hvar town's marble square and hilltop fortress, lavender hills and clear coves. Reached by sea, with your transfers handled.
Hvar is an island, so this trip is by sea rather than road. From €300, we handle your door-to-port transfers in Split and can arrange the crossing — the fast passenger catamaran, or a private speedboat for full flexibility.
The simplest way across is the fast catamaran from Split's harbour to Hvar town — around an hour, foot-passenger, several times a day in season. We collect you from your hotel, drop you at the terminal in good time, and pick you up again on your return, so you skip the parking and the queue. For groups or a fully private day, we can instead arrange a private speedboat that goes on your schedule and can add a cove or the Pakleni Islands.
On the island, Hvar town is the draw: a marble main square (one of the largest in Dalmatia), the hilltop Španjola fortress for the view over the harbour and the Pakleni Islands, a 16th-century cathedral, and lanes of stone and lavender. Beyond the town lie clear swimming coves and, inland, the lavender fields the island is famous for.
You choose the return sailing; we're waiting at the Split port to run you back to the door. A relaxed island day without the car-ferry hassle.
Hotel to the Split terminal and back, no parking

Swimming spots and the island's lavender hills
Fast ferry, or a private speedboat on request
From €300. As Hvar is reached by sea, the exact price depends on how you cross — catamaran tickets plus our door-to-port transfers, or a fully private speedboat. Tell us your group size and date and we'll quote the best option.
“From” prices are a guide. Your final price is confirmed on quote and may vary with the date, route, stops, vehicle and number of passengers. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

By sea — the fast passenger catamaran to Hvar town takes about an hour, or you can take a private speedboat. We handle the transfers between your hotel and the Split terminal on both ends.
You can, on the slower car ferry from Split to Stari Grad, but for a day trip the fast catamaran to Hvar town (or a private boat) is far quicker and simpler — which is why we arrange it that way.
Depending on the sailings, usually 5–7 hours on Hvar — plenty for the town, the fortress, a swim and lunch. We'll match the crossings to the day you want.
