How we collect feedback
The notes below come from guests who travelled with Easy Balkan Transfers and chose to share their experience with us — usually by replying to their WhatsApp or email booking thread after the trip. We do not pay for reviews, we do not offer discounts in exchange, and we do not filter feedback by rating: anything a guest is comfortable having published goes up here as written.
We currently publish reviews collected directly. We do not list third-party platform ratings here because we have not yet opened verified review pages on Google, Tripadvisor, Viator or other booking platforms. When we do, we’ll link to them from this page so you can verify each rating at its source.
