The usual way out runs along the City Ring (MO) and through the Letná tunnel, then west on road 6 to the terminals. Without traffic the drive takes about 30 minutes.
The Airport Express (AE) bus leaves from Prague Main Railway Station, and city lines connect with the metro: line 59 from Nádraží Veleslavín (metro A), bus 100 from Zličín and bus 191 from Anděl (both metro B), with night lines 910 and 907. Check the current timetable before travelling. A private transfer saves carrying luggage onto the metro and changing to a bus, and it starts at your own front door.
