Book Tivat → Budva →Budva to Tivat is twenty-three kilometres up the coast, about half an hour, entirely inside Montenegro. Most of the bookings on this route are flights: Tivat Airport is the closest to the Budva Riviera, and an early departure from a beach resort in high season is not a thing to leave to chance.
The road runs north out of Budva past Jaz Beach and follows the coast to the Tivat plain. It is well-surfaced throughout. The only place it slows is the airport approach in July and August, when arrivals traffic backs up — we build that into the pickup time rather than into the fare.
Porto Montenegro, built on the old Arsenal naval yard, is the other common drop-off. It is a superyacht marina with a promenade and restaurants, five minutes from the airport, and the usual base for guests who prefer Tivat to the busier Budva side.
For a departure we suggest leaving Budva about two and a half hours before the flight in summer, two hours off-season. If the flight time changes, tell us and we move the pickup at no charge.
