From the UNESCO Bay of Kotor to the southern Albanian Riviera. Roughly 425 km via Budva, Bar, Ulcinj, the Sukobin border, Shkodër, Tirana, Vlorë and the coastal road south of the Llogara Pass. One driver, fixed price, two countries.
Kotor sits at the head of Boka Kotorska, a UNESCO-listed Adriatic bay; Sarandë is the main port on the southern Albanian coast, opposite Corfu. The route runs south through Budva, Bar, Ulcinj and crosses into Albania at Sukobin/Muriqan. From the border it continues through Shkodër, Tirana, Vlorë and finally the coastal SH8 to Sarandë — the same Llogara Pass section used in reverse for the Sarandë→Kotor direction.
Pickup anywhere in Kotor — Old Town gate, Dobrota, Muo, Prčanj, or Tivat Airport (TIV) 8 km north. Drop-off anywhere in Sarandë — the port promenade, Lekursi Castle road, or your hotel. Add Ksamil (12 km south) or Butrint National Park (16 km south) at no extra fee.
