Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport lies on the south-eastern side of the city. Your driver meets you at arrivals in Terminal 2 and drives you in to your hotel or address — in Pest or across the Danube in Buda.
Your arrival at BUD and the drive into Budapest.
Collect your bags in Terminal 2A or 2B and come out to arrivals, where your driver meets you. The car takes the airport road towards the city, follows the main roads in through Pest and, for an address in Buda, crosses one of the Danube bridges — about 24 km in all.
There is no railway station at the terminal: Ferihegy railway station is reached by bus 200E, so the train always means a change.
Your driver meets you at arrivals, helps with the luggage and sets off along the airport road towards the city. About 24 km, around 35 minutes without traffic.
Through Pest to the address you give us — a hotel in the inner districts, an apartment near the Danube, or over the river to Buda.
The 100E Airport Express bus links the airport with the city centre, and the 200E bus runs to Kőbánya-Kispest metro station (M3) by way of Ferihegy railway station, where trains leave for Nyugati station. The bus stops are on the arrivals level between Terminals 2A and 2B. Check the current timetable before travelling. A private car takes you to your door with no change of bus, metro or train, which counts when you have luggage, land late, or travel as a family or group.
Priced on request, per vehicle rather than per passenger. Your written quote covers the drive, tolls and fuel, the pickup timed to your flight and 60 minutes of free waiting.
We monitor reported flight delays and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Sixty minutes of waiting after actual landing are included.
