1. About Us

Easy Balkan Transfers ("we", "us", "our") operates easybalkantransfers.com as an online booking platform that connects travellers with local, licensed transportation providers ("Suppliers") across the Balkans. We are a booking intermediary — we do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or directly provide transportation services. All transfers are carried out by independent local Suppliers.

2. Our Role

We act solely as an agent between you and the Supplier. When you make a booking through our platform:

• We forward your booking details to the appropriate local Supplier.
• The Supplier is responsible for providing the vehicle, driver, and transfer service.
• We facilitate communication, handle payment processing, and provide customer support.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and Supplier confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your driver's details before your transfer.
• Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final price is provided as a quote based on your specific requirements (route, vehicle type, number of passengers, optional stops).

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
• If the Supplier fails to provide the service, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup details (address, flight number, phone number).
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time. Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for city pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups (timed from flight landing).
• Comply with local traffic laws, including seatbelt use.

6. Liability

• Easy Balkan Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, border crossings, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• The Supplier carries appropriate insurance for passenger transport as required by local law.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

7. Payment

• Payments are processed securely online at the time of booking.
• All prices are displayed in EUR.
• Cash payment to the driver is available on select routes (indicated during booking).

8. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to fulfil your booking (name, email, phone, pickup/dropoff details). We share this information with the assigned Supplier for the sole purpose of completing your transfer. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on easybalkantransfers.com — including text, images, design, and code — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mostar.
